This is me having a Dane moment. Except, you know, without her amazing eye or her mad technical skillz. But I always want to photograph these places. I read a little thing in the business section of the New York Times that predicted record stores would be completely gone in ten years. And that was last year, so only nine years left? What will become of us?
The inside of this place is exactly what you'd want, and I found this for only $2.99. Which is absolutely criminal, and yet much appreciated as I didn't own a copy.
American Music Club - Firefly

Oh what a song. One of my all time favourite bands. Mark Eitzel for a couple of years was God to me.

He writes such impossibly beautiful songs. Many sad ones though, sometimes they're so gorgeous they're hard for me to listen to.

Oh geez, I really am behind in my blog rounds, (to say nothing of my blogging). I completely missed this.
I think it's a fine shot, but the "records stores completely gone" thing distresses me. Of course, when's the last time I set foot in one? I'm not helping the situation any.
(Technical skills?) :)

Yes, technical skills! :). Don't you have to hook your Holga up to a digital camera (or is it the other way around?) to take all those amazing shots you get?
I still go to record stores quite a bit, they make me happy.
