Back in November I bought some new boots. I love them. Maybe it's shallow but I do. I was so excited when I opened up the NYT style section yesterday morning- a teary, jam-smeared toddler on my lap- and saw the Bill Cunningham On The Street collage (lovely video here) was all about my boots. And he says they create "the showgirl display of shapely legs." Well.
Maybe I am not completely out of it all just yet. You know?
Obvious but absolutely necessary:

Most excellent boots (and stockings, I might add!) Fab photo.

Thank you ladies.
Tricia, those stockings are my favorites, I am going to need therapy when they get too worn to wear.
Nat, I do a lot of walking and they are easy to walk in I promise! I have been meaning to leave you a comment at the blog, I am so glad you are posting again.

Oh, I like those! Very sleek. The right footwear makes all the difference.
